If you can't change up your outfit than change up your hair. Try out cute braids, straighten it, curl it, add twists. Also if ur allowed play with makeup and try out new looks without going overboard of course. As for the clothes you have on the weekend, try finding time to hang out with people (going to the movies, bowling, etc.) where you can have fun and show off ur cute clothes(:

If you need cute hairstyles, try messy buns, braids, and then if you know what products to use wear it down because curly hair can be super pretty down

Plus, participating in clubs or sports in school will help you meet people with the same interests and you can get to know the people and make friends. Also, when your thoughts get bad, try taking a walk or going for a run or dancing to music to distract you and clear your mind. Try searching “suicide” or “depression” on GL.com I looked for you and there are a bunch of articles that you should read because girls who are going through the same thing have asked GL for help and gotten great answers! As for making friends, like I said make friends on GL.com, through clubs or sports, if you go to church you can make friends in youth group or just in church, you could take a class for youth at a local gym and meet people there, and when you do meet people, just be friendly and approachable! Try writing down your feelings and keeping them in a journal, writing can help you get out what you need to and feel better. Lastly, you should talk to an adult, teacher, or counselor about this. As intimidating as it may be, they can help you get through this. Especially counselors, because it’s their job to help people with these kinds of thing. Tennisgirl17 Hey! I’m sooo sorry to hear that First, know that there are lots of people who love you and will support you! If you really can’t think of anyone, find some girls to support you on Gl.com! Next, find a hobby(or a few) that you love and are good at like reading, sewing, writing, drawing, film making,, photography, jewelry making, etc.. They will keep you busy and show you the awesome things you can do. Plus, participating in clubs or sports in school will help you meet people with the same interests and you can get to know the people and make friends. Also, when your thoughts get bad, try taking a walk or going for a run or dancing to music to distract you and clear your mind. Try searching “suicide” or “depression” on GL.com I looked for you and there are a bunch of articles that you should read because girls who are going through the same thing have asked GL for help and gotten great answers! As for making friends, like I said make friends on GL.com, through clubs or sports, if you go to church you can make friends in youth group or just in church, you could take a class for youth at a local gym and meet people there, and when you do meet people, just be friendly and approachable! Try writing down your feelings and keeping them in a journal, writing can help you get out what you need to and feel better. Lastly, you should talk to an adult, teacher, or counselor about this. As intimidating as it may be, they can help you get through this. Especially counselors, because it’s their job to help people with these kinds of thing. As much as she may annoy you(believe i've had those moments with my mom i get it) I'm sure that she would love to spend time with you. Ask her if she would go shopping with you or ask her for advice on something because I’m sure that would mean a lot to her. The more you get to know her and she gets to know you then the more you will get along and understand each other. <3

Tennisgirl17 Hey! Sry to hear ur having trouble:( Whenever she is mean to you, I would just walk away or tune her out. I know that can be hard but just try. If it gets worse then I would tell an adult that you are close to and would feel comfortable sharing this with to see what they think you should do. Make friends with some other people who feel the same way about her and you can all support each other. I know these situations are annoying and painful because there is a girl at my school a lot like that! Just stay confident and don’t let her get you down! Good Luck and I hope this helps!! <3

Make sure to be nice and friendly but not flirtatious:) If you think that they might think you are interested in potential gf kind of way or they don't seem like they want to be friends then just back off and let them be. Tennisgirl17 Hey! I'm sorry to hear that you’re having friend issues! I had the same exact problem with one of my friends and I know it's tough! The next time she is mean to you I would suggest that you tell her that what she said/did hurt you and you would appreciate it if she would not be mean like that again. If she continues then tell her that you really want to be friends but that she hurts you when she sais/does those things. You just need to always be nice to her and tell her how her actions make you feel. If she wants to stay friends then she will change. Hope it works out!!!! <3 Ya
