Glitterheart16 I found some horse video games I'd like, and I want to ask my mom for them. I just got my report card back and I did great so I think that would be a good reward. How do I approach the question?

photographynut2008 Well, you can show her your report card, and say that you would like the games as a reward. Maybe you could tell her you could pay for part of it with your allowance, if you get an allowance. If she says no, do not get mad. Be mature.

pucci10 So my best friend KT has done a lot for me this summer, like taking me to the largest waterpark in the world, and she took me to a theme park. I wanna do something for her that is really cool, fun, and not super expensive! Ideas?????

photographynut2008 you could also make a music CD of her fave songs, make jewelry with/for her...the ideas are endless. Good luck and have fun!

photographynut2008 Maybe you could have her over for a sleepover, have an at home movie day, an at home spa, bake cookies/cupcakes/whatever with her, write her a letter or make a collage about what she has done for you and what she means to you. Hope this helps!!

photographynut2008 If you can act mature and keep calm, your parents may ease up, bend, or change their rules. But they may not agree with your views. Just keep an open mind with them. They are the adults. But remember they love you no matter what.

photographynut2008 I am so sorry about your parents. Parents tend to have different views on what rules to enforce. Sit down with them and talk to them (calmly) about their rules. Try and reason with them. If you can't, try and go along with their rules.
