pretty123 I have straight, brown hair that's a little wavy because I don't brush well(oops) but I was wondering if I could make it like Miley's(before it was cut. My hair isn't naturally straight, so it'll eventually become wavy, but my waves are so messy.

Here's the problem I like a guy I only see him once a month though cause im homeschooled but I'm in 4H and hes there and he goes to our church on Wednesday nights but I'm in a different class/different building but in the summer I will change classes but any ideas how to kind of "flirt" at 4H he is the treasurer so he sits On a "stage" so I can't actually talk to him!!! kayla9 To get him to notice you, just break the ice by asking for help in math. You could become study partners! Once you get to know each other, just chat from time to time, ask him to hang out sometimes and you'll soon become friends! Hope this helps!

kayla9 @rynae16: Just blow-dry your bangs to get that full texture (cool setting), than curl your hair using a medium sized barrel. Add a sparkly barrette and voila! Hope this helps!
