katgrace11 Um hi. I'm 11 and I am wondering when I will get my period. I am getting some symptoms of PMS but it isn't happening! Help!

Lindseyy716 Hey girl! You can never know for sure when you will get your period, everyone is different! About half a year before you get your first period, you might notice some whitish, sticky fluid in your underwear. You can wear a panty liner to be ready!

Awesome Katie I hate goin up to people & talkin to them cuz im afraid of wat theyll say. Im shy and dont make friends that easily. How can i make friends without bein out of my comfort zone?

Lindseyy716 Hey! The best advice I have ever heard is "all you need is 20 seconds of extreme courage." That 20 seconds you can go way out of you're comfort zone and talk to some people you don't know. Once you get the convo started, it should be easy to to talk!
