emonkey4 I would go with loose curls. First, they look more natural than thight curls and tight curls might add too much volume to your hair and make your already round face look bigger. If your mom disagrees, tell her this is what you want.

emonkey4 If you have a lot of time, go for the full across long bangs. If not, then a side bang might be better for you since they can go longer without a trim. I hope this helps! :)

emonkey4 Oval faces look good with long bangs. You could do long side bangs or bangs that touch your eyebrows, though those require frequent trimming. Since your face is longer, the bangs will shorten it out. Think about how much time you have for haircuts.
