Sunny4132 Hey girlies! It's ur secratary, Sunny! Sorry i havent been here in a while.. But now im back!! Anyway,,, i have a dance tip: for a more flattering dance figure, ALWAYS stretch. And drink alot o water before, after, and durring practices. <3 :)

Kaycris yea i just miss it ive acctually been on pointe for 2 years now so my concern isnt to strengthen my ankles its just that i wish i had some class in the summer

baconlvr711 Same here :( I will be doing a summer dance camp this summer hopefully tho! I'm still doing barre and other excercises to strengthen my ankles bc i'll prob be doing pointe this coming year!

luvmonkey1313 I know how you feel. I feel really clumsy and im totally bored with nothing to do this week. i am totally looking forward to next year though cuz im in advanced ballet technique and eventually will be able to go on point... my dream!

Sunny4132 Hey Dancer Babes! It's your Secretary, Sunny! Here's my tip of the week: Do you ever feel do u feel sick after your dance workouts? If you do it is because you probobly dont stretch enough. Make sure you always stretch for at least 20mins before.

luvmonkey1313 We really aren't supposed to wear undergarments of any kind but if you want to they make special ones for leotards.(For my classes i have to wear a leotard)

PinkDancerBabe Does your school have a dance team? The school I am going to next year does. Try outs are coming up! I have a personal trainer who is also on the team! I'll keep ya posted about what happens.
