luffinlife I recommend just bringing water. Not only is V8 pretty expensive, it's not crazy healthy for you. Instead of drinking fruits and veggies, bring real fruits and veggies.

chicky97 TIP OF THE DAY! always remember to eat breakfast whether you are dieting or not! breakfast will fill you up so you will be less likely to snack on unhealthy food throughout the day If you are unsure of what to eat try a egg and an orange. :)

[[lipglosslover]] TIP OF THE DAY! Stretch before AND after you workout. Stretching before will get you loose, and stretching afterward will help your muscles to relax and not be so sore the next day.

[[lipglosslover]] FIRST OFFICIAL TIP! (: drinking 1-2 glasses of water before a meal will fill you up, which in the long run will help you not eat as much. And water is super good for you, so it doesn't really matter how much you drink! Remember this nexttime you eat!

lover_of_life Thanks :) I have another one kind of like that but you can do it by yourself. You just put your legs straight up in the air 90 degrees to your body and then you lower them up and down slowly. Great exercise! Also, the tone it up vids on youtube

chicky97 i have a good exercise, you need a partner though. so, lay on the floor and have your partner stand just behind your head and you grab their ankles. then swing your feet up and have them catch your ankles.

[[lipglosslover]] And I guess you guys are probably wanting some information about me as well. (: haha. Well my name is Corrin Lee (pronounced like Corinthians without the thians) and I'm fifteen. I'm a freshman this year (: and so far my first year of high school is going great! I'm about 5' 8'' with brown hair, even though a lot of the time I act blonde. (: I'm a HUGE fan of Jesus Christ (: and do my best to let him shine everyday. I am OBSESSED with piano and playing. I started taking lessons when I was 6, so I guess I'm kind of advanced. Haha. I love classical music--especially playing it. (: I also like singing a lot. I'm in choir, and my choir teacher has been working with me a lot on my voice. I also play tuba (: a few days ago I got the urge to check out my GL profile; I hadn't been on in a really long time. So I came on here...and saw that you could make real clubs! I was so excited. (: I immediately thought that I should start a club for girls all about trying to get healthy together. It's so exciting--my dance class (there's five of us) gets to go to the outback bowl next year and we get to dance in the half time show! [[lipglosslover]] And here's the position descriptions (: President: (that's me) Head of club. Okays ideas for page, openly listens to everyone's ideas.  Vice president: Second in charge. Helps president with managing the club. Will help in brainstorming for new ideas. Is in charge while president is not able to be in charge.  Secretary: Third in charge. Should be able to keep track of everything the club offers. [not sure what else the secretary does at the moment (:] Treasurer: Fourth in charge. In charge of advertising (spreading word about the club on GL) and getting people to help with that. [not sure what else again (:] Head of Trainers: There will be trainers on the club - so girls who need extra help and support can get it easily. This position requires you to be in charge of all the trainers the club has, and check in with them weekly.  Head of Food&Recipes: This person will recruit people (and be in charge of) to post things -- food and healthy recipes that is. They will also decide what goes "public" of the ideas they get.  **I'm sure there will be more officers, but this will suffice for now (:
