High Tops FTW I have learned that you cannot ward of darkness with a flashlight, courage, nor sword. It merely comes without hesitation, and lingers, and you can resist or intensify. Resisting is for fools, it will only drain you of your energy, power, and strength, for the dark with always be stronger than you. You will only be looked upon as a fallen hero by others fools. Intensifying is for the wise. Some may call it the easier way out, and it’s true, but it is also the smarter way out. You become stronger, more powerful. You may be looked upon as the villain in someone’s tale, but is protecting yourself really such an evil thing? When I came to that cross road, I intensified, so at the very last second, I could resist.

LovelyDays111 cause if so, i do use them. They might help you explain things a little better in your story. Example: Ms. Big was the school lunch lady.(Nobody knows why she still works as a lunch lady, her cooking isn't the best.)

High Tops FTW Here's a little something I wrote for my new book!! It's not exactly a prologue, but it's at the beginning. Psychroma You’re winded. Like you’ve sprinted a full marathon. Your vision is unfocused and washed out. Like you’re dreaming. Your chest is tight. Like you’ve been holding back tears your whole life. You’re shivering. Like you slept in a bed of snow. You’re screaming and yelling with a scratched up voice. Like your life depended on it. One thought is racing through your mind, nothing else. Like a comet propelling through empty space. Givemeyourskygivemeyourskygivemeyoursky. You have contracted psychroma. And these are your last breathes. So enjoy them if you can.

LilyLookALike Thats really good!!!!!! My only suggustion is maybe in some places where you have . Between the sentences (ex You're shivering. Like you slept in a bed of snow.) maybe you could try like a semi colon/colon/comma or one of those. It might help theflow
