snagmonkey Dear Winnie Girlie, I have been having a lot of lower stomach cramps lately, I've also been feeling kind of bipolar.Like one moment I'm happy as can be then I'm like drowning in tears!!!!! Any ideas?

fashionqn I dont think its weird, I see them when I buy my tampons and I am tempted to get one. I want a vibrator too, so dont feel alone. Some girls talk about them at school so I know people have them. I just wish I knew how to easily get one.

WinnieGirlie OMG sorry you guys! I haven't been on in FOREVER. I am SO sorry! I have had 4 hours of dance a day, and they are also holding a show, so there is a ton of actresses and stuff around in the studio, and then traffic and when Im home I need to relax!

WinnieGirlie To: iluvmusic♥ Are you talking about period cramps? If so, try bathing, drinking lots of water, and I believe excercising helps too! Check out beinggirl.com it is all about periods and girl stuff! Or google more ways to soothe cramps! XOXO, Winnie

fashion_bug Girl, I know how you feel. Soak in the bathtub and put some epson salt with it. Also try massaging your muscles before you get out of bed and stretching helps too.
