Let's start: Okay,so I already did a post on alpha leadership and it does help with this but some dogs just won't budge because of the breed. So,here's what you need to do: Find out what he/she's MOST possessive of. Place the bowls on the floor where the dog usually eats but don't let him/her go on and eat it right away,tell them to sit and stay by saying 'Sit.' and then putting your hand up and saying 'Stay.' Firmly. Now grab some of the food from the bowl and then say 'Okay.' Put your hand on the dog's bowl as he/she eats/drinks and keep it there. If he/she starts growling or trying to bite you,say 'No.' firmly and keep your hand there ^.^ Be careful though and good luck! Do the same for anything else!

iluvmusic♥ nellieg3-Hey :) :) :)! Great questions! 1(It really depends on how big the dog is. Usually,it's 30-60 minutes. Usually 30 for small breeds (yorkie,toy poodle,chihuahua,etc),40 for medium sized dogs(miniature poodle,cocker spaniel,etc),50 for large dogs (dalmation,pit bull,golden retriever,etc),and 60 for extra large dogs (mastiffs,bernese mountain dog,etc). 2(Depends on the dog's size again. Take the bag of food with you if you can because they have the serving size on the back! 3(Well,you shouldn't move them. You need to call them and if that doesn't work,start walking again. They'll follow. 4(Well,carry some water with you in a small backpack and give them something to drink and a little break. If it's a small dog,you could carry it. If it's not,just give it a small break and a lot of water and then walk back slowly. 5(Lol,I don't mind :D There's two ways you can do it,copy and pasting it. Where you hold down the right clicker (XD) on your mouse and drag it across the heart and then it turns a different color,black or blue,that means it's 'highlighted' so then you click the left clicker again and then hit 'copy' and then use the left clicker again and hit 'paste'. Ex: ♥ Or you can do it the old fashion way; Just hit the 'FN' button,now the 'ALT' button,and then hit the letter 'L'. Do this in one quick rolling motion. Good luck!

iluvmusic♥ HOW TO TEACH YOUR DOG TO HIGH-FIVE♡♡♡♡: Get your dog to sit in front of you. Now,place a treat in your hand and make a fist. The dog will start stiffing,and once he paws at your hand say,"Good dog!" And give him the treat. Keep doing this until he/she doesn't sniff your hand anymore. Now,open up your hand (no treat),and your dog should still paw at your hand. When he does,say,"High five!" And then give him the treat. Remember,it takes time for your little four-legged friend to learn :) HOW TO TEACH YOUR DOG TO COME WHEN CALLED: Okay,have your dog stand in front of you. Now,say,"Come." And hand him/her a treat. Do this 6 times. Okay,now your going to fake your dog out by 'throwing' his/her favorite toy and then yell,"Come!" Your dog should turn around,expecting a treat.♡

iluvmusic♥ Hey guys :)! Today,I'm going to do TEACHING YOUR DOG TO SIT. Let's get started my lovelies :3!: Okay,so every dog is different so choose the treat your dog likes the best. Okay,now have him/her stand in front of you,now put the treat next to his/her nose. Let the dog sniff it. Once he's/she's interested,slowly rise the treat above his/her head and try to get the dog to sit (DO NOT use your hands to push down his/her bum.) and just keep trying this till the dog sits. Now say,"Good boy/girl!" and hand the dog the treat. Now,do this three more times,and the fourth time,say the word,"Sit." This has worked on most breeds regardless of age. I have to go eat now,but I'm going to post more of these later today :D!

iluvmusic♥ Hey girls! I just want to kick start this club with a very,very important article about BEING AN ALPHA. Okay,let's start: Q:What is an 'alpha'? A:All dogs originate from wolves,and wolves go in packs (a group) and in each pack,there is an alpha. A.K.A the leader of the group. He tells the dogs when to sleep,eat,play,use the restroom,and even when to walk. Dogs still have this whole pack thing in them so when they don't have an alpha,they feel confused and losted and they start to think THEY'RE alpha. Q:What happens when they think there alpha? A:It leads towards aggression. Snapping/biting at you or someone else,growling,being 'yappy',being hyper,having accidents,and so much more. It basically changes the whole dog and their personality. Q:How do I be the alpha dog? A:It's not as hard as you may think. 1(Never,ever excuse growling or biting or snapping. If they growl,say,"NO." In a confident voice. Shoulders back and DO NOT back off. If it snaps/bites you,hold it's snout and say,"NO." Again. Same way as before. 2(Don't let your dog walk through first. Even it's a step ahead. You tell your dog to sit and wait and then you walk in and give him the 'okay'. (I'll post a raising your puppy and teaching him tricks thing later) 3(Don't let the dog sleep in your bed. A dog bed on the floor next your bed is fine. Remember this one step isn't forever; it's only when he's learning his whole alpha position. When he learns,he may sleep with you,but only when YOU want him too. If he starts pouting,don't let him on. YOU decide. The alpha lets the followers know when it's time for affection. And remember to not let him jump on your bed when you're gone. 4(Socialize your dog. Get him around people and other dogs. This is a very important step. 5(Don't let your dog sit in a seat in a car. Only on the floor. 6(Don't baby your dog (No matter how 'small' he/she is). Don't pick them up if something scares them or pet them or give them treats,that only show that this kind of behavior is okay. Tell the dog it's okay and show him/her the item,let him/her smell it,turn it on,just let him/her explore. 7(Lastly,walk him/her everyday (or least teach him/her tricks),be calm and confident,teach them tricks and ground rules,have everyone play the alpha role,and remember to be loving. Sometimes we need to give them tough love,but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy your dog. Your dog will be much happier and his/her health actually be better too!♥
