35sh7 Yoga helps me with everything. I do not do yoga daily but i do it probably once a week. Here are some things yoga helps me with.1. Sore muscles 2. headaches 3. gas 4. clearing my head 5. sleeping better.

35sh7 Hey did you guys know that in 2006 the USA alone spent 142 billion dollars just on fast food. that is almost 460 $ a person, almost enough to end world hunger. I read this in a research book and was kind of shocked me.

35sh7 Evert 2 jumpingjacks= 1 cal burnt. 3500 cals in pound of fat. 7000 jumpingjacks=1 pound gone. 10 sets of 100 jumpingsjacks for 1 week will burn a pound. so with your reg. routine try this if you want.

35sh7 Tip for toning up If u don't own weights the pool is a great strength workout. Tip for toning arms Pull your arms up to air through the water. really lift the water. If u r creative it is like lifting. You can also do ab work in the pool

35sh7 when you are working out sometimes it is hard to keep going, but when you are done you feel fantastic. That is because your body releases natural feel good chemicals called endorphins when you work out. So keep going and feel great :)

35sh7 I think - good for a high school team. i don't know alot about track, but i do know my friends track meets were set up for your speed category. i think they are called heats. so if you are not the fastest thats ok cuz u will b with others similar

35sh7 for sculpting any part of your body such as arms and abs you can incorporate movement.when you are doing something and working that muscle group, try something new and work then. ex. when in the shower try standing crunches, or salsa dancing in place
