35sh7 Tip for toning up If u don't own weights the pool is a great strength workout. Tip for toning arms Pull your arms up to air through the water. really lift the water. If u r creative it is like lifting. You can also do ab work in the pool

35sh7 for sculpting any part of your body such as arms and abs you can incorporate movement.when you are doing something and working that muscle group, try something new and work then. ex. when in the shower try standing crunches, or salsa dancing in place
