madcat25 @Emma_grace12: That's great, swimming is a great way to loose weight and still have fun. @wildflower223: Playing sports is fun too. I play volleyball and it's really fun and I lost 5 lbs in 3 games. :)

madcat25 Well how I keep myself motivated is everyday I run 5 minutes. I can't run outside alone (my mom won't let me) so I just run in my house. First minute fast walk, second jog, third run, fourth jog and fifth minute walk.
