mystic pixie okay anyone have tips on how to wear black eyeliner without it smearing?? my new eyeliner is horrible, it will only last like an hour then it gets all smeary and i look stupid. they took my old eyeliner off the shelves and mom wont but me a new one

OK, i have a question. My friend just told me she cuts herself-alot. I'm worried that she will cut herself too deep one time and really hurt herself. what should i do??
