KatieLuvzYew! DAILY ADVICE: Try to lay off the hair drier, straightener, crimper, and curling iron for a few days. By using heat on your already damaged hair and make your hair worse.

KatieLuvzYew! DAILY ADVICE: Exercise is not only good for your body and health, but also good for your hair. Exercising often will help your body produce dead skin cells for your hair. Hence, your hair is made up of dead skin cells.

KatieLuvzYew! DAILY ADVICE: Hair to dry? Try moisturizing it with Argon Oil. Squeeze about a penny size into your palm, rub it in you hand and then rub it in your hair. The next day wash it out with soap and condition. Do this every over day for about four months.

KatieLuvzYew! Want soft hair? Put liquid-y coconut oil in your hair and sleep on it at night. Wake up and wash your hair, condition it and then blow dry it. Silky soft hair at your finger tips!
