Katrinaisamodel Basic Oatmeal Scrub * Oatmeal * Water 1.Put some oatmeal in a bowl and add enough warm water to make a paste 2.Gently rub and exfoliate in circular motions from top to toe, be careful around the eye area 3.Let it stay on for about 10-15 minutes; then rinse it off with lukewarm water and end with a splash of cold. Pat your skin dry with a towel; tone and moisturize

Katrinaisamodel Peppermint Sugar Scrub Ingredients 1/2 cup Almond Oil 3 cups Turbinado Sugar (regular sugar can also be used) 1 teaspoon Peppermint oil Instructions Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add more Almond oil or Peppermint oil if desired. Once mixed, spoon into your container. Seal. * Your shower floor will get slippery. Take caution.

Katrinaisamodel (continued) 3.Sow simple shirt from first fabric. 4.Cut cool shapes - stars, hearts, etc. - from second fabric. 5.Sew shapes onto shirt. 6.(optional) If you would like to be able to move your shapes around, attach them with safety pins!

Katrinaisamodel If you like name brand clothing, instead of buying them, you could make your own. These are the steps to your own custom clothes. 1.Get fabric or a large shirt to cut a simple shirt from. 2.Find second fabric for clothing item with a cool print.
