WinnieGirlie Dance Tip: Get a folder, or a binder. This is your dance folder. Once a month, take a picture of your foot arch, point, relevé (to view the torso and back), and your calve muscles. Do this for a while, you'll be impressed when comparing! ~Winnie

WinnieGirlie Dance Tip: If you do ballet, and you want to get on pointe (if you're already on pointe, this is still good to do) it's awesome to get a TheraBand or a resistance band, to help you with your pointe. Google how to use it! :) ~Winnie
