Januaryfairy im going to jump rope, its really good for you, so jump rope for 20 minutes, yoga for ten minutes and run for 10 minutes, and play volleyball for 20, on Wednesdays and Fridays, sometimes Saturdays. On Tuesday and thursday, all I do is swim and yoga.

topchef88 Hey! A healthy snack is humus and veggies! You can find super easy recipes online and it's super easy to make too! If you don't like that there is the easy way out with yogurt or granola bar but make sure they actually are healthy...things like that can trick you. I like greek yogurt and fiber one bars. Also there is always just plain fresh fruit(yum). Sorry I don't have more ideas! I normally don't snack unless I am really hungry. I just like eating big meals instead.

Januaryfairy I play volleyball for an hour two days a week!!! I walk my dog every day, well starting too now that its summer vacay and I run around outside like 4 days a week. im being more active! i do yoga too, and i dance, by myself of course!

Januaryfairy running makes you hot and sweaty. Swimming is better,it keeps ya cool in the hot. Running in hot and humid air isnt always good for your breathing,a 3 mile walk is good, 5 miles. Did u know that u burn more calories sleeping than you do watching tv!?

sunshine96 hey girlies! did you know that olive oil is great for your hair? try it! apply warm olive oil on your hair( make sure it is warm NOT hot) leave it for 30 minutes and then wash and apply conditioner.( your hair should feel soft and amazing) try it!!:)

sunshine96 smoothies are refreshing, yummy, and healthy. Here is a great recipe: :) 2 cups of seedless black grapes 1 cup of yogurt (it could be any yogurt you want but i prefer activia) 1 cup of milk ( i prefer 2% reduced fat milk) 4 tbsp of sugar (or to taste) I personally like Stevia ( you can add any amount you want of sugar i usually add just a little bit like two to one tbsp) ice-cubes or crushed ice ( this is optional but the crushed ice makes it refreshing:))
