honeycakes BTW just started a new fitness club based on having pretty much a whole group of workout buddies cheering you on and motivating you to reach your goals plus some advice! join! its called Let's Get Active!

honeycakes Fitness tip-if you get bored with a workout change it up or increase the difficulty! if you lift weights increase the weight or the number of reps! if you do lunges try holding them for longer or adding weights! add music to any workout!

honeycakes Fitness Tip:Drink water throughout workout or physical activity! Gatorade is great, but sometimes water is just the best thing to keep you hydrated! Or try diluting the gatorade by adding water-it actually gives you more energy than just gatorade!

honeycakes fitness tip: change up your exercise routine so that you don't get bored! if you jog, take a different route, or bike instead,if you do crunches, try something new that will also work your abs like the plank, or simply change your playlist!!

Lissa10 beauty tip: girls with blue or green eyes shouldn't wear green or blue eye shadow if they want to pop out their eyes. they should wear browns and tans. Girls with hazel and brown eyes can pop their eyes out with almost any color.

SassyPoet23 Hey girls, I decided to post random fashion,beauty,etc. Tips each day starting now tip: Wearing white and navy blue can really make other Colorado like red pop out and that makes it your statement price bonus: wearing whit can make your skin look tan
