ginaxluver When first starting to become healthy start out small. Start working out every day and decrease the amount of unhealthy food in your diet until you only have it on rare occasions.

beachbabe32 That is exactly what I have been trying to do. I mean it is SO hard to eat a pound of potato chips one day and then only eat skimpy salads the next.

ginaxluver Music to Workout to: When working out I listen to upbeat music because it makes my workout more intense. Artists: Pitbull, Basshunter, Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, and Avril Lavigne are some of my fave. Hope I helped.

susper one i do is for rice crispy treats, i also add nuts! they add some yummy taste to it, and its also still healthy cause of the nuts! :) its yummyyyy :D
