frenchblondie @mylovehorses- you do NOT have to lose weight just do sit ups jogging and pushups everyday and your muscles will be nice and toned. when you start to get more muscle it will seem like you gaining weight, but your not. your gaining muscle and that is totally healthy. good luck ♥L

frenchblondie @boypolar- Sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet, here is my answer: 1.Congrats :) 2.eat salads with some protein like grilled chicken, nuts are good, too 3.stay away from soda and if you want candy or chips, eat them in moderation 4.work out about 30 min to 1 hour each day 5. Crunches, pushups, planks, hula hooping, jumping on a trampoline, walking, jogging, and intervals (1minute jogging @ medium pace, 30 seconds of speed walking. do for 15 minutes, walk for 3 minutes, and repeat) are all great exercises! 6. NO! (Unhealthy) 7. PB&J is fine. . . I really hoped I helped you ♥L

elizabethmariexo Okay, so when I first joined the club I was really active. Then after track ended I completely stopped. I keep wanting to continue running but I'll run for like 15 minutes then I'll be so sore for days and I can barely move. Then I don’t feel like running anymore and I give up again. basketballcutie11 A great way to get fit is to run cross country. I started two days ago. On the first day the team ran 1 mile and 1/2. the second day we ran a mile and 3/4. Our coach takes it up a quarter of a mile every day.

Do u have a wii? you could play wii fit plus-it's super fun .Or you can try hula hooping it's super fun if ya get the hang of it. melpso Yeah don´t try to get it right away, work up to it, like do a lot of lunges really far down. Oh and take a hot shower before you stretch, so that your muscles are warm.

frenchblondie here's a little tip: everyone has strengths and weaknesses, focus most of your energy on your weaknesses so you can improve. If you really need help, talk to a coach or pe teacher. they can help A LOT. (I know from experience) hope this helps ♥L

Getfitwithme I did it. I have been wanting to do this for a while so I have done it. I have signed up to run a 5K. Not only is it for charity it is going to motivate me to be and stay fit. It is July 24th so I have some time to train. Wish me luck

meowheartlolz OMG good luck. I walked a 5K with my family, and the first half was easy and i was perky, but during the second half, we all died and never did that again. :( Well, good luck. You might need it!

Getfitwithme How to get those tricky lower abs Reverse crunches: lay flat on your back with your arms at your side. Lift your legs straight up so their at a 90 degree angle with the floor. Slowly lower them back to the floor and bring them back up. Repeat 15 time

frenchblondie for the positions you click edit and then find the position that person wants to be and you type their username there. ex. secratary:_____ and on the line(it's actually a box)you would type frenchblondie. I hope this helps! ♥L PS. Can I be vice prez?

PinkZebra97 I'd suggest really watching your calories. If you have an iPod or iPhone you can download the "My Fitness Pal" app and it helps keep track of you calories! By watching my calorie intake, I've lost 7 lbs. in a month!
