redsock101fan nutrition tip every week, try to think of or 2 things that you could cut out or swap in your diet for example- u have 2 cans of soda every day, swap one for water or if you have chips every day at lunch, replace them with an apple to this every week

redsock101fan officers r required to attend club meetings weekly(we'll decide on a good meeting time well in advance)if u dont attend meetinngs or cooperate as a officer,u could loose your position +some officers could also have certian jobs ITS A RESPONCIBILITY!
