madcat25 Hi, well 1 thank you guys. Some of the best advice on here, but 2 things. One I was wondering if I could be a VP, and two I have a pool party in about 12 days. Any tips to lose my belly fat before August 5th?

i.am.elizabeth. Breakfast Idea: One piece of whole wheat toast with sugar-free jam of your choosing and a cup of mixed fruit (this morning I had blueberries, raspberries, and some grapefruit for an extra punch!). Feel free to comment if you have any other ideas!

i.am.elizabeth. 9.10.11 LUNCH Still babysitting! Made the girls mac & cheese with blueberries and pretzels on the side. I was going to make pasta but noticed there was a ton of extra macaroni, so I decided to have some of that. It was organic and only 240 calories!

i.am.elizabeth. 9.10.11 BREAKFAST I grabbed breakfast on the go today as I had to get out the door to babysit by 9 o'clock! I poured the serving size of Special K in to a zip lock baggy and filled my waterbottle up. Easy to eat at the kids' house and healthy too!
