fungirl123 The best way to get rid of the little "pooches" on your tummy is to tone it...that means crunches. If you have an exercise ball, use that to do crunches on! @PandLuver11,When you eat lunch, try to avoid junk and go for the healthy stuff!

fungirl123 I go back to school in two weeks too! Remember to just keep the goal in mind whenever you go to a restaurant or someone makes unhealthy food. The most that you should workout is 3 or 4 days a week. Also remember that when you step on a scale, take off the weight of your clothes. Is there a specific area you are trying to tone or take off weight from?

fungirl123 @kittyluv314, take ALL salt from your diet. Eat lots of veggies with NO salt at all. Salt can make you retain water. I promise you that it will work! P.S. Thanks for joining!!!

fungirl123 If your going for the fridge for some soda, grab some diet. But (I stress this SOOO much) DON'T have it everyday!!!!! It may be a 0 calorie drink but it is linked to the cause of a stroke! So don't go overboard by drinking it everyday!

fungirl123 Pros of Wii Fit:Fun and engaging way to workout and gets u off the couch.Costs less than a gym. Can be done wit fam.:) Cons: Burns less calories than a gym. NO PROVEN HEALTH BENEFITS! Doesn't beat a real workout! :(

fungirl123 @mimim, just because you are trying to loose weight, doesn't mean that you can't splurge at some ice cream! Just limit yourself to a little bit at a time! Better yet, take a couple bites then go and run around your house! But don't go overboard!
