twise8484 My baby sis drinks veggie or fruit pouches they are 4 babies but fast great and r great 4 u 2. U can kind them at target/"babiesrus" u can probably find them other places but I haven't looked.

spazzysarah A good thing that I have done is don't put in any treats, save them for home. I try to bring in salad, or a sandwich on whole wheat bread that has lean meat and veggies, and fruit. I just won't bring dessert or chips, them im not tempted!

dakotadog lovesoftball- That can be hard because those are the hardest areas to target! the reason is that most unhealthy foods go to those areas so you should focus on healthy foods that your body will use rather than store like nuts and berries also

dakotadog oreolover123- I used to have the same problem i suggest eating something small anyway like a fruit and some juice and you might find you were hungrier than you thought

love.softball73 Hi, I just joined, but I have a question. I'm 13, 97.2 pounds, and 4 feet and 11 inches tall, but I kinda have flubber on my stomach and thighs. How can I get rid of it, but not lose the actual weight in pounds? Thanks!

babolovescookies Try a protein shake. You can make ur body think ur drinking instead of eating. Special K protien shakes are good and low cal drink that and eat a piece of fruit.

crazychicaincali ok. dude, you really shouldnt skip breakfast. its the "most important meal of the day" ahaha! but like dakotadog said, try eating some fruit, and instead of juice, try milk or water. most juices have a lot of sugar in em and dont mix well wit ur bod

spazzysarah eat healthy things that are filled with fiber and protein. it will fill you up, and you don't need a lot of it. plus its quick to eat. try fruit and a protein/fiber granola bar. whole wheat pancakes are good too, just be careful with toppings

miss pinksie Eat lots of grilled chicken, fish, nuts,and mushrooms for protein and snack on fruits and vegetables. Make sure that you get out and do something active eveyday. Take a walk around your block, or jumprope. Find creative ways to make yourself sweat.
