Fmwhitt (cont #2) Also, stay organized! Like I said with the calendar, if you're organized you'll jet through your assignments. In 6th grade, my friend kept different color binders for each subject, and had a special homework binder. One half to-Do&one done.

Fmwhitt (cont.) work, before you sign yourself up for more stress. The absolute worst thing you can do is procrastinate. I keep a calendar handy, and record what day (and when) I do certain assignments. Ex: Tues. 3:30 History project.

Fmwhitt The first thing I'm going to say is always make sure you understand. If you have questions to ask after a lesson, ask them! It will help a lot. And I know extra curriculars look AWESOME on college apps, but make sure you can handle the rest of school

Fmwhitt You said you two have a lot in common- that's a real luxury, in this kind of situation. For instance, you're both in swimming. Start by complimenting him on his backstroke, or ask how he goes so fast in the races. It should gradually get easier.

spazzysarah also make sure he notices you are there before randomly talking to him, you don't want to act as if you are stalking him, start out with gradual hi how r u's and then get some longer convos

spazzysarah hey. its always a tough sitch. start by offering a friendly smile and a hi every time you see him. then talk about teachers or school, something anyone knows about that. soon you guys will start to get to know each other and it will be easier to talk

coaco1998 im not on the team (but maybe i could be?) but i have some advice still. Well what do you have in common? try talking about that. or if there was a cool new movie, talk to him about your fave parts (unless he hasnt seen it yet :) just start out slow.

leelayla Hey guys, Hmmmm, some advice? Fall in love, then fall out of it. Make mistakes and do something stupid, than fix it. Make a promise...and keep it. Stay confident even in the most tough sitchs. Do something embarrasing, than laugh at your self.

Fmwhitt Also, answer questions in classes you two have together. Also, find out if you really like him. Drop some books when you're around him, and see if he's nice enough to pick them up. (Smile a lot! Happy never goes unnoticed.)

Fmwhitt That's a toughie. It's super hard to read guy-signals sometimes. But you want to come off as nice, not stalkerish, right? Maybe if you see him drop a pencil, pick it up for him. Don't like, run across the room to do so, though.

Fmwhitt Ouch. I'm sorry to hear that. Obviously, if he isn't smart enough to stick with one girl, he's not for you. It's totally not a reason to feel bad. It won't work, if he's a jerk. Find an honest guy. If he's the type for YOUR nemesis, it won't work.
