Scoliosis 101
If you don't know much about scoliosis, or have scoliosis and can relate to others who have it, then this is the place for you! I have personally dealt with a back brace and surgery for scoliosis, so I can relate to others, and give out some info on this!!!!

pebo11 This year, on May 2 I had scoliosis surgery. I am healing really quickly. I now have 2 rods, 15 screws, and 2 hooks in my back. This Friday I will have my 2nd check up appointment. I am proud to say that I am a survivor of scoliosis!

timewaster Does anybody know any tips to stay cooler i use an atipersperant spray on my stomach and back, but it still really hot under my brace. Suggestions? Plus any clothing ideas b/c I only have about 7 or so shirts for summer. Any ideas??

jellybeanmeg Hey I dont actually know what an officer islol but if its not too latei would like to be an officer. I have had scoliosis for a couple of years and a scoliosis brace for 2-3 months I know how difficult getting a brace is and how many questions I had

SuperrGirliie I would like to be an officer because I am responsible and know about scoliosis pretty much. I have two curves in my spine (a 12 and a 24) that aren't very severe. I did almost have to get a back brace though. Do you jaw any tips for pain? Thanks! (:
