kenzielynn MOD MOD MOD MOD I need advice! I have my period evey other week and it lastes a week. So basically I have a week of my period then a week without it and so on n so forth. I have it @least twice a month and I'm getting worried! Is this normal?

spazzysarah Hey, the best thing to do is sit them down, all at once so they all hear the same thing, and tell them your problem. If you don't tell it straight, its no good. Say what you hate, say what you love, and tell them what needs to change

spazzysarah Hey. A great thing to do is plan things ahead of time. Call your friends and plan a day to spend at the mall, then you can't bail out if you planned a week in advance. With your fam, do the same, just sit them all down and agree on an activity.
