It was lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, onions and hummus all on wheat bread. It was really, really amazing and it is really easy to make at home!

purplepants99 I new ab workout that I just learned is a Double Crunch. For this exercise you lay on your back, put ur hands behind your head, and lift your legs to a 90 angle. You do a regular crunch with ur upper half and also bring your knees in towards you. purplepants99 A very important (but sometimes foregotten) way to stay healthy is to be hygenic. Make sure you are taking a shower every day and nicely wash your body. Try using body gel (use a loofa). Also, make sure you wash your hair atleast every other day!

IzzyBelly I posted before about eating protein. This completely flushes out your system and renews your body from the inside out! unlike diets that make you eat just vegetables and fruit you get hungry and don't get all the vitamins you need. As you are putting ornaments on your Christmas tree do toe raises or jump as high as you can(without knocking over the christmas tree of course!!) Unpacking decorations? Do lunges as you move to put them in their place. Around the house break down and do 15 jumping jacks when you see something green. And 10 situps when you see something red

IvylouGirl For a healthy lunch try putting a salad together in a sandwich holder with dressing on the side, ready to be mixed in. You could also try putting together mini sandwiches on crackers. Make sure to always add a fruit or veggie to your lunch!

IzzyBelly Great Tip! Don't eat carbs for at least an hour after a workout. This will make your body burn down fat, instead of the food you just ate. The one exeption is to stick to fruit and water in that hour after. Hope this helps!!!

LoveLifePeace @toriheartsfashion: if you use a stretch rope it can be used to strengthen your back doing simple stretches with your arms to your back. And stretching!! If done correctly, you can really see improvement in your posture and get a toned back as well!

Tennisgirl17 12maxandgretel: hey! i like to use a lighter one because it gives you power and more control, or at least that's what i have found. right now i am using a Head racket that i got from dick's sporting goods.
