purplepants99 So today, I got to go on a field trip to the capital of my state. When it came to eating lunch, I ate a really tasty sandwich. It was called the Farmers' Market Sandwich. It was lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, onions and hummus all on wheat bread. It was really, really amazing and it is really easy to make at home!

IzzyBelly To trim down the fat on your body, you need to do cardio. If you do JUST strengthening exercises(S.E.) you will never see the results! The good thing about S.E. is that they speed up your metabolism, but make sure to get 20 minutes of cardio too! <3

purplepants99 I new ab workout that I just learned is a Double Crunch. For this exercise you lay on your back, put ur hands behind your head, and lift your legs to a 90 angle. You do a regular crunch with ur upper half and also bring your knees in towards you. As you are putting ornaments on your Christmas tree do toe raises or jump as high as you can(without knocking over the christmas tree of course!!) Unpacking decorations? IvylouGirl For a healthy lunch try putting a salad together in a sandwich holder with dressing on the side, ready to be mixed in. You could also try putting together mini sandwiches on crackers. Make sure to always add a fruit or veggie to your lunch!

IzzyBelly Great Tip! Don't eat carbs for at least an hour after a workout. This will make your body burn down fat, instead of the food you just ate. The one exeption is to stick to fruit and water in that hour after. Hope this helps!!!

purplepants99 Make this! It is called a Snack Wrap. Take a small flour tortilla. Spred a Tbs of sour cream on it. Sprinkle a pinch of ranch powder on it. Then add you fav veggies (as many as you can fit), wrap it up and enjoy your healthy snack!

purplepants99 Remember- there is a difference between pain and building stronger muscles. When you are doing push ups you will feel it in your upper arms cuz ur building stronger muscles. But if it hurts or burns, that is pain. STOP RIGHT AWAY! You do not want to risk further injury.

LoveLifePeace My latest favorite snack: Blueberries! I'm not sure if they're in season right now, but they carry tons of antioxidants great for healthier skin. Mix them with others fruits, nuts or some yogurt. They're sweet but not to sweet. I love them!

gurlyinjeans For cart wheels think of an imaginary line make sure your feet land on it. also work on your splits the will make wider and prettier cartwheels (stand with your legs spread as far apart as you can and hold for 30 seconds.

LoveLifePeace @toriheartsfashion: if you use a stretch rope it can be used to strengthen your back doing simple stretches with your arms to your back. And stretching!! If done correctly, you can really see improvement in your posture and get a toned back as well!

LoveLifePeace @skategrl: What you want to do is increase your stamina. Depending if you're a sprinter or long distance you have to do something that will target that area. Long distance, start with 2 miles. Sprinter, try doing a combo of sprints with 1 min breaks!

darien5 OMG! My Dad just bought me a new racket! Sorry you wrote this a long time ago. 2 days after my B-day. Ant way I love tennis but I can"t play it any more. I just became a member and I was reading this I just thought about this.
