superleigh50 Are you excercising but getting few results? If you've been doing the same thing every day, you need to change! Your body gets used to it. Try intense cardio one day, yoga the next, then running, then weights. Something that leaves you sweaty & tired

Superleigh50 TIP OF THE DAY #1- Try to incorporate as many healthy superfoods into your daily diet as possible! Blueberries, almonds, wild salmon, broccoli, spinach, beans, and pumpkin are just a few of the healthy superfoods out there.

Superleigh50 How to fit exercise into your schedule - - - During the summer, it can be much easier to fit exercise and other healthy things into your schedule. But how do you keep your good habits once school begins? I’m here to help you out on this tricky but common sitch. 1. Evaluate where you have time. Is there a spot of time between activities that you usually fill with TV or the internet? It’s a better idea to dedicate this extra time with something more healthy and worthwhile, such as lifting some weights or taking a jog. 2. Make it important. You know it is and I do as well, but sometimes we tend to push it to the back burner. Make exercise important and an absolute must in your life. Don’t stress over it if you don’t get it in everyday, but make it important enough not to avoid. 3. Multi-task! Usually I wouldn’t recommend this, but when you have little time for it, you should learn how to add it in. Waiting for the bus? How about some jumping jacks? Studying? Why don’t you lift some weights as you read? Even a little jog around the house is good! When it comes to being active, even a little bit of exercise is better than none. 4. Sports. Maybe you aren’t a sporty girl, but maybe you are. Games and practices give you a set time to exercise and get moving. It’ll teach you endurance, especially if you have to show up to an early morning soccer game in the rain. If you can master that, nothing will keep you from your workout! I hope this helped!
