karate1queen I'm the only vioa at my school, and a kid brought in an old viola that is just beautiful!! Apparently,it's going to some kid whose going to learn how to play it!! Its just perfect! Not fair that they get it!!

yellowfluff I think you're totally right. When I tell my friends about violas they don't even know what it is!! The school music teach barely knows anything about them!!

Hails I have been playing viola for 4 years and I totally think that violas should get more complicated parts instead of short staccato notes. Then again the songs wouldn't sound as good with out us.

yellowfluff I'm a new member and I LOVE Violas!!! I'm so glad that I found this club!! I play at the University of Hartford every Saturday!!I have a lesson every Fri. and I practice every day! Please tell me how to be confident in front of a not nice conductor!
