giruiz @tabirox99 as for the recipe ? i will have to say i LOVE fruit smoothies and to make it is: 1 cup of apple juice,10 to 12 frozen strawberries, and 2 bananas. i also LOVE eating yogurt and all you need is some plain yogurt and add any kind of fruit:)

giruiz hey cheergirl499! getting a's and doing other atvities at the same time is no prob! just make time for both. for example while your on the way to colorguard study ur notes or go over the lesson half in the morning and half in the afternoon! good luck
