GLS004 Hi guys! I'm back! So today I'll be posting about yoga, because that's all I can think about. If ur interested in trying it, use beginner positions like down dog, plank, cobra, and the warrior postions.

GLS004 Hey guys!! Today I'm going to be posting about health. Here's my reccomendation for a fast fit & healthy day. Cheerios 4 breakfast, soy turkey sandwich & grapes for lunch, and spaghetti with whole wheat pasta 4 dinner. 4 desert, a yogurt. Bye!!

GLS004 allow urself 1 serving of a not-so-healthy food every 2 wks. This will give u something to work towards. Going out to eat?- aim for salads or baked/broiled fish. Try not to eat a lot of fats, sugar, or sweets. Also make sure u mind ur health-if ur

GLS004 in place at the store or moving your leg up and down while your sitting, it counts. U might also want to try yoga. It gives u an awesome workout while calming your mind. I <3 it :) Also eat healthy.Track everything u eat. Maybe in a journal? Then
