Irishdancerzrule I think for most of us it starts up in late August or September, unless one is a Prelim or Champ, who do it year around in some places.

Irishdancerzrule These are all the answers I have to your q's, briblue, cuz GL isn't letting me comment- I place in my dances most of the time and DfL is for ID only.If there was one place to go to decide if you want to ID, a feis is it because it shows everything.

Irishdancerzrule Looking @ past results, this one girl kept on popping up in Beg. 1 reel with 1st, 2nd and 3rd over 3 years a lot- @ my school one moves up when they get a medal (for this, 3rd or better). Is it different for anyone else's? Or is that the rule?

Irishdancerzrule A teacher at my dance school went to Ireland and saw in the Dublin airport a cardboard cutout of two dancers, one of whom he has no idea how the makers of it got the picture, cuz it was our school dress. Anything like that happen in your school?

briblue3 thats really weird! ive never done irish dancing but it seems fun! ive been dancing since i was 3 & i did ballet for like 6/7 years and ive been doing tap for like 4/5 years! my recital is this saturday and im dancing to the glee song.....
