ckemp does anyone have any tips for how to perfect your toe touch jump? mine stinks. oh! and if you have any tips on how to make your jumps higher i would really appreciate it...i'm vertically challenged! :)

rarepearl Hi! I did cheer for the first time this year, and really enjoyed it. We had to try out and everything,and I made the team. But too bad season ended in January. I still want to cheer because it is so FUN! Do you have any new cheers? Thank you :)
