We NEVER go on trips. "Really?" He shakes his head. "How long?" I say, smiling slightly. "The whole summer. You should probably get packing." He says while beaming. I smile wider and give my dad a hug. "Thanks, dad." I say as I turn my back to go to my room and pack. This is perfect. I think to myself. Just what I needed; To get away from it all. I think as I pack about 20 books in one of my suitcases. So sorry this is sooo short :(! I'll post again later because I totally lost my writer's block :D!

Blonde Blue Eyes (: okay so homecoming was saturday night and it sucked bc this one guy was supposed to dance with me and all my friends for a slow dance you know and he didn't figures... so my new friends and i were hanging out outside and the cops were manning outside bc that's just our school. so a trooper pulls up to the circle and everyone's like what's a cop doing here and my best friend asked me if it was my dad bc he is a police officer and i said no. the cop gets outta the car and called me over... as a big joke but of course i freaked out.. and everyone thought it was bc i was dancing dirty (which didn't happen) and then everyone was really nice to me it was hilarious!! turns out the cop was my childhood best friends dad! Small world!

iluvmusic♥ Mini book review: Night world. A book series of mini stories about vampires,witches,shape-shifters,vampire slayers,and dark angels that all kinda connect. I have to say,on a scale of one to ten,I give it a 8 :D! It's not the kind of book I'd normally reach for,but the cover looked pretty (xD) so I bought it and I'm glad I did! Some parts are a bit cheesecake but I don't mind much ;) I'd reccomend it,but I wouldn't for people who don't like love stories! Check it out :)!!!

fungirl123 First of all, when you’re referring to either side of the war, you need to capitalize the words North and South. They were two different countries. :-) And I’m going to stop you before I even answer the rest of that first sentence question. It really depends on what time of the war your writing about. I will give you two scenarios. If it’s the beginning of the war, they could get across kind of easily, it’d just be slightly difficult, since they were having conflict with the South at the time. If the war has already started, it’d pretty much be illegal to cross over. I mean, in modern day times, can you just cross over into Mexico without a passport? No. ;) Of course, you didn’t need a passport, but you’d probably be accused of treason (going against one’s country) and most likely hanged. And if she was taken by the Yankees (always refer to them as Rebels if your in the North, and Yankees if you in the South. They didn’t really say Union and Confederacy as often), she would probably be taken to a military base and put up in like a tower or something. What do you in “Would they let her go in time?” In time for what? They’d probably be hanged. So she’d have to be smuggled out by a traitor or something. Also, I have an idea for you. What if she was crossing over illegally into the South with her family, and the Union’s blockade – they had a blockade across the boarder during the middle of the war – took her and accused her of treason? And then her uncle – maybe he dresses up as a Yankee soldier – comes in and smuggles them each out, pretending to take them to the ground used for hangings. Just an idea. :P

Take a lot of notes in school, look at war timelines, read books about the time, and read about important people in the war. The hardest part about writing historical is how they speak! :-( They talk soo differently from today. That’s why you need to read a lot of Civil War novels. I recommend Juliet’s Moon by Ann Rinaldi. It’s also about a girl who gets kidnapped by the Union. Just read a lot! :P It took me about two weeks of reviving and educating myself to be able to write Louisa’s War, my most successful novel on the Civil War. Also, the only reason that someone would be kidnapped during the war would be because they were accused of being a spy for the North or South. :-) If you need anymore help, just ask me. I love writing historical novels!

fungirl123 Haha, I had a fun day! I went to my aunt's house to go swimming. My second cousins Jaclyn and Jacob were there and we had a good time. When I asked my dad to get me a soda, he came back with a Monster (never had one before) and I didn't want to drink the whole thing. So I split it with Jacob. He put it in an empty Vodka bottle! It was hilarious because his grandma was freaking out about it because she thought he was drinking Vodka! LOL :p

I had to change schools twice because of mean girls. If we were cyber-bullying you, we would be harsh, rude, and just straight up mean (which we are not). fungirl123 Haha, I thought I'd tell you all this funny thing that happened this morning. So my sister and I are both petrified of spiders. Today, she was back in her bedroom talking to her friend on the phone. Then I heard her scream really loud. I ran back to see what was wrong. Just as I was about to enter the room, she screamed, "Haley, don't come in. There's a gigantic spider decending from the ceiling!" My heart just about leapt from my chest then. We approached the big monster (ahaha) with a pair of my brother's hiking boots and I smashed it. When we called my dad about it, he laughed so hard and called us wimps. I didn't realize until now how dumb I sounded telling him about the "fat monster". ^.^

But my teacher insists on loading it on us! :\ I’m finally finished with all 250 problems!! (I recounted them, yes.) It was sheer torture. My fingers ache from punching in so many numbers into my calculator and my hand aches from writing so many answers down on my record sheet. But I’m finally done!!

fungirl123 I just got back from my 30-hour fast. It was the best and WORST night EVER! :\ So I thought that I'd give a summary of what's happened. Around 7 PM, we started drinking soda and eating Jell-O. Then we went outside and played on the church lawn to take our minds off of being hungry (I hadn’t eaten since 12:30 PM that day at lunch!). Then we went inside and hung out in the high school catechism classrooms where they have couches and chairs and a TV. We watched a bunch of old movies and talked. My boyfriend sent me a picture of his dinner (knowing I was SO hungry, but just as a joke) through my older brother’s cell phone and labeled it, “It looks so delicious, right?” Haha. Once it got really dark (around 10:30 PM), we played hide-and-go-seek in all of the Sunday school classrooms (upstairs and downstairs). Once we were done with that, my friend Maria and I went to sit in the sanctuary until midnight, to see if anything weird happened. She knows that I scare really easily, so she jumped just to freak me out once the clock hit midnight! :( Then everyone teamed up to scare me! When I went to the restroom, they all went and hid behind a counter in the kitchen. I walked out and I didn’t see anyone, so I walked around a dark church for about twenty minutes. Then I went in the kitchen and they all started making small noises…then jumped out and screamed! Then Maria and I went to sleep on the couches in the lounge, only to wake up STARVING! We drank soda for breakfast and ate small amounts of Jell-O. Around ten AM, we went up to the local bakery and bank to collect donations for the local food pantry in our town. Then we collected canned goods around the neighborhood from neighbors. Then we went back to the church around 3 PM and waited and waited and waited and waited (all the while, SO HUNGRY!) and watched movies. Then I talked with my boyfriend on the phone with all of my church friends and we chatted about things and made jokes with my friends. Then we sat in the dining hall and waited for six PM to come and for the pizza guy to arrive with our first meal in 30 HOURS! He was FOUR MINUTES late and my first comment was (as a joke) “Do they still do hangings in the town square?” He just laughed. Then we ate and we home. :D LOL, sorry it was so long, I’m just on a sugar rush. ^.^

fungirl123 @Cayley – for me, I find all of those inappropriate songs dumb. So I have no problem turning the channel if they come on the radio. But there are still a lot of pop songs on the radio that carry good messages! Justin Bieber stays pretty clean with his lyrics. Selena Gomez’s music doesn’t carry any bad messages in her songs. Demi Lovato is uplifting in most of her music. Britt Nicole is a Christian singer who I LOVE! One Direction is definitely one (Love them!). There are a few songs that you might not even know that carry good messages. Like “We Are Young” by Fun. That actually has a REALLY good message to it if you really listen to the lyrics. I know that the first part of the song makes you disagree. But the song is actually about a guy who broke a girl’s heart and left a “scar” on her emotionally. And he’s apologizing. Another song would be “Part of Me” by Katy Perry. It just talks about how a guy can’t truly change a girl even if he wants to. There are lots of others, too. And I know it might be hard to turn off the radio when a song that you like – but has a bad message – comes on, but it’s something that I think needs to be done. <3

cutiecayley333 I decided to check out Project Inspired a couple of days ago and LOVED it! I’m Christian and I really needed a little guidance with media, music, and etc. that is un-Christian so I can stop listening or learn what I can listen too. It has a lot of good versus and things for you to read as well that makes you feel good and inspired to be a better person:) I was shocked and disappointed when I read about Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Nicki Minaj. I really liked them. Espicially Lady Gaga! After reading Nicole’s post about Lady Gaga’s horrible message I was literally up for a while because I was so creeped out! I even had a nightmare about her. I know it sounds dramatic lol but I’m serious. I’m going to be a senior counselor at a camp I’ve been a camper and junior counselor at for four years and they constantly play Lady Gaga and Katy Perry etc.. This annoys me because if I don’t keep up with all the latest songs by these people I’m going to seem like a loser to all of my friends. Ugh. Why can’t any of the super popular singers be good people?! -___- I really hope I don’t seem like a loser just because I don’t listen to all of them. What do you guys do when this kind of stuff happens? Has this ever happened to you?

She struggles to make everything work and moves in with a family friend. Her story revolves around trying to fit in and make friends in her new neighborhood, and helping her little sister. Some of us don’t date until they’re-,” “Almost finished with high school. Yeah, I remember you made a promise to yourself that you’d always be dedicated to your schoolwork and never focus on guys,” Rosalie teased. “That was a long time ago. I was only ten,” I defended. Luke popped his head into the room. He was fully healed now and back to being the sporty guy. “Hurry up. It’s almost time to go,” he said. Then he left. I unplugged my three-ring-waver and swung my bag over my shoulder. I was wearing a dark blue knit top that had three-quarter sleeves, a glittery white skirt with dark blue lining and white flats. I added a white headband to my crimped hair and then went downstairs. I grabbed my keys and headed out the door, my siblings tagging along behind me. **** “Hey, handsome,” I said to Stephen as he greeted me by my locker when I got to school. Stephen kissed my cheek, making me blush. He pulled a rose out from behind his back. “Happy Valentine’s Day,” he said, grinning. “Cute,” I said, smiling at him. “Ready for your gift?” I asked. “Why not?” Stephen said. “Stay ready until tonight at dinner,” I teased. “You’re going to make me wait?” Stephen asked. “Yes. You have a boyfriend,” Chanterelle said sarcastically. “Just do what me and my friends always did back home when we never had boyfriends. Just curl up on the couch with your cat and watch chick-flicks,” I said, laughing. Chanterelle shoved me on the arm. “Oh, shut up!” she spat. I laughed again. Poor Chanterelle, I thought.

fungirl123 @Payton - I don't think it's okay, but for a few reasons. My first is that we aren't allowed to at my school. We have a lot of strict dress code rules like no ripped or distressed jeans, no tank tops, no short-shorts, and no shirts that reveal any stomach or any other unnecessary-to-be-seen parts of the body. But that’s my school’s opinion. My personal reason to not wear PJ pants to school is that it has been scientifically proven in pre-teens and teenagers that if you “dress to impress” you will most likely work better in school. So if you wake up and go to school in old sweats or PJs, you will be more likely to not pay attention in class…Therefore, not doing your best. :)

(As in a chapter book, not just pictures) It’s about a girl named Namine who is a model. She decides to start fresh and ‘moves’ to a small part of Japan. Namine doesn’t really have a place to live yet when she meets a boy named Tomoya. Charmed by her good looks and kindness, he lets her stay at his house until she gets a place of her own. Little do they know, they start to fall for each other. As much as they try to deny it, they can’t. (I’m so horrible at explaining things xD It’s better than it sounds lol :))

fungirl123 @Payton - lol, the teachers who teach the advanced classes are a lot nicer, as I hear, than the ones who teach regular because they go easier on us with homework. I also hear that we get a lot more help when we need it. :)

fungirl123 @Payton - we're doing those in a few weeks. :) But I really hate math...I like science a little I guess. I'm good at it. It just takes more studying. :( Math is my hardest. I have to study the most for that. English is my easiest and social studies is fun since I love American history. :) Plus, I'm in all advanced classes...so I spend at least two hours studying each night. :(

fungirl123 Ugh, ignore my last update. My computer cut off the first part of my post. :( Here's what that was supposed to say: @Cayley - OMG! :D I went and saw Titanic in 3D too yesterday. I saw it at an IMAX theater so it was ten times bigger than any screen that I've ever seen. I also went to a Titanic museum where it was like you were walking through the ship. There was the first class hallway, the second class hallway, and the third class hallway. They even had a part of the iceberg that hit the Titanic and you got to touch it! :D I cannot believe that I got to touch the REAL iceberg! Also, they had the grand staircase replica! :DWhen I saw the staircase replica, I just about started sobbing because the part at the end always makes me cry. :( But, yeah, the parts when she's naked is super awkward. Since you can see...everything. :\ *Awkward*
