cjtrevs010 it depends on what stroke you would like tips on, so just some general tips I hav are: 1) make sure 2 hav an extra pair of goggles, an extra cap, and also an extra suit at every meet you go to cuz u never kno wats gonna happen

cjtrevs010 my fav stroke is fly 4 sure!!! my best 50yd fly time is 28.38, my best 100yd fly time is 1:00.01, and my best 100 IM time is 1:03.77. I also have a meet this coming weekend so I'll post how I do at that when I get the results.

Swimmingroks It's been over a year since someone posted on this, but now I will :P My best strokes are breast and fly, and I'm almost 11. 100 breast is a 1:25.82, 50 breast is a 39 something, 100 fly 1:23, and 50 fly 38 something!

matkins8 my best stroke is probably free or fly my 50 free time is 28.88 and my 100 fly time is a 1:20.33

swimmerchick#1! i really like back, fly and IM. i have a 1:06 in the 100back, 2:18 in the 200 back, 1:05 in the 100 fly, 5:09 in the 400 IM, and 19:47 in the mile. i just got back from a meet including 13 states thats called Northwest Section Age Group Championships

matkins8 wow your fast!!! i just swam a 400 IM for the first time and im not so great cuz my time was 5:47.11 so what do you think i should do to improve
