iluvmusic♥ A 34 A and my doctor told me I'm not going to change from that size and my mom is a D and my sister is a C). There's no foods that can really help grow that area but I did notice that it helps to drink milk and green tea and eat tomatoes and lettuce. Don't worry about being flat because there's a lot of perks to that :D! Don't compare yourself to your friends! I hope I helped! Good luck,love ^.^! xoxo

iluvmusic♥ EVERY GIRL'S GUIDE TO: FINDING OUT YOUR STYLE. Hey guys :D :D :D!!!! So,today's topic is going to be on how to find out your style. I know some of you guys are going to be like 'what? why would we need that?' but a lot of girls have trouble finding out their style and what there comfortable. So let's get this started up in here ;D!! There's literally SO many styles you could go for :)! It can be confusing and hard to choose which one to go for! But actually,my advice is to not TRY for a style and ONLY get what goes for the style and to simply get stuff you LIKE. Let things flow,ya know ;)? You are not tied to your style so let's say you're a 'prep' but you want to wear something that is not preppy and most people are like,"I can't wear that because it's not my style." But you can still get the item! A style is just a style--not a LIFEstyle. Now that I got that out of the way,I can help you find out your style :3!! Number one,just look at a clothing website like forever 21: http://www.forever21.com/Product/Main.aspx?br=f21 And find five things you'd wear and feel comfortable in. Now really look at those five things (you can comment below and show me your list if you can't tell what kind of style it is :) and let's say there's a navy blue striped top and a chambray top,I'd say your style is preppy. See? It's actually very easy :D!! When in doubt,just go with what you like :) If it's a big mix of stuff,don't worry; Just do a mixed funky style and blend it all together with one piece that really flows with everything ^^ Now,something I can't stress enough is don't do something just because it's popular! And don't act and dress a certain way because you think your going to be judged or you want to be cool. If people judge you,they judge you. Don't let it worry you because it really doesn't matter if they think your lame or weird ^^ I used to be really different! I used to be obsessed with fashion and beauty and I even gave into peer pressure and shave before I even wanted to because some girls told me I should. I used to try to be 'popular' and that wasn't how I was and I never said what kind of things I actually liked too. I finally got to be popular and then I was like,"I'm not like this; I don't like this. It's lame." So I totally stopped all of that and made a complete U turn xD Now I'm 100% the way I really am and I don't care about how I look,popularity,looking weird,and a bunch of other stuff I used to worry about :) Sure,I'm not popular anymore and I don't have as many friends but I wouldn't change the way it is right now for my old life AT ALL :D I'm so much happier! Lol,okay,so I decided to do this topic today because I was reading some older articles on GL and reading some comments and some of them just made me really upset. So,I decided to also have a section called 'Talk it out' where you girlies can talk about anything that's bothering you or making you upset from having problems with a guy,having a surgery,or depression. Just serious stuff you girls want to talk about with another person but are too embarrassed or scared to actually talk about it to a friend or sibling or parent. Okay :)? Okay :D! I hope you guys like the idea!! Today,I just want to aim this post at girls who feel sad,alone,not worth anything,not important,nobody likes them,etc. Let me first just say something that I think every girl should hear because it's true: You are important. You are worth it. You have people that love you. You are NOT alone. I want all of you guys to believe it because it's true. I know what it's like to feel sad and alone,I was like that too for a long time actually. But I used to hide it and actually was worse when I'd hide. I used to cry all the time and I wouldn't tell ANYONE not even people online. I felt uncomfortable and like people wouldn't understand or they would judge me. Let me first just say that you guys can literally ask me anything and I don't think anything of it. I'm just like,"OOOOH,I GOTS A QUESTION :D :D :D!!" And it makes me happy that I can help people so don't feel embarrassed or nervous asking me something. If you guys have anything that you need to talk about,even if it's uncomfortable for you,just say it because I promise you it will help you lot. Another thing I want to say is that girls think they're not worth anything which is totally NOT true. You ARE worth something and deserve to have a happy good life. Another thing I see a lot is 'nobody cares about me.' which is also NOT true. There are people who care about you even if it seems like there's no one. My best advice to all of you girls would be to open up and let it all out and then just relax and let go. Everything is going to be much better if you let go. It's hard but it's worth it :) Again,you can tell me anything because I want to be there for people the way I would have wanted people to be there for me. So,first,there's going to be a couple of parts to this instead of just one because there's A LOT to cover xD Let's start with this subject: some rules about choosing a guy ^^ Let's jump in,because this is probably going to be long XD!: CHOOSING A GUY: First,make sure the guy you want to date is actually WORTH your time. Please don't just go for the popular guy,bad boy,or good looking guy just because there popular,good looking,or a bad boy. My best advice for you chicas would be to actually steer clear of those types of guys unless you KNOW for sure there great guys. I'm not saying there all bad but usually,popular guys pressure girls a lot because they're used to having girls do whatever they want them to do because there,well,popular and girls go crazy for that. Same with bad boys. Don't judge people by their looks too. Looks really don't matter; Their personalities do. Another thing I want to say is don't friendzone people who you KNOW like you but you're not interested. Please don't just lead them on,tell them you're not interested in a NICE way ^.^ I also want to say that the guy who is the nicest,who listens,and is a generally a good person is the one to go for. So maybe you should give that guy you know likes you a chance. A lot of girls say that they want a 'guy like that' but yet they friendzone those kind of guys and go out with total jerks T_T A lot of my friends,real life and internet do this. Please don't friendzone people like that,give them a chance :)! But remember to not just date ANYONE also; If you know someone is a jerk,or tells you to be quiet because he's playing a game,steer clear of them because you're worth more then that,my dears ^.^ Something I also want to say is don't start dressing differently for a guy. Don't start acting like a slapper (xD) for a guy/for attention. Be yourself and be a lady. Have rules for the guy you want to date,don't just go out any guy. I also want to say that if you start dressing like a floozy (XD I'm sorry,I'm sorry,I sound like an old lady XD!) and acting like a floozy,guys are going to treat you like a floozy. Act like yourself but remember that you are worth something and you should not be treated like trash. But you don't have to demand respect in the way you might be thinking ^^ If you treat yourself with respect,guys are going to feel a pressure,almost,to treat you with respect. See ^^? You don't have to scream that you need respect or anything,just respect yourself :) Also,remember that if you get asked out on a date,be yourself. This is a important step in getting a guy to like you. wierdlycool I think 14 or 15 is fine-or there is something called "junior tampons". Beware of Toxic Shock Syndrome!Moms get freaked out about it. But don't use a tampon at night, and change it regularly during periods. (I don't wear them, mom doesn't let me!)

It just takes us longer to grow which is totally fine and you shouldn't be embarrassed about it :3 I think you should just accept your body. You might also just be like me and A BUNCH of other women who just naturally have a small chest ^.^ Remember to be patient and wait for your body to get up to the level of other and give it time! Right now,just exercise your body,eat well,drink your milk,and just wait for your body to grow 'cause everything is just fine and you have no reason to be embarrassed by it honey :)♥ xx

Start out with just walking everyday for 20 for a week,then do 30,then 40,and just keep it to one hour for about a month. Remember,START SLOW :) Now,start eating healthier. Again,thank you guys soooo much<3 So,just a big thank-you,I'm making these guides :D Okay,let's jump in!: EYEBROWS: There's four ways to remove unwanted eyebrow hair: Plucking,waxing,using nair/veet,and threading. I'd sugguest,for a beginner,to pluck and then later on start experimenting. HOW TO PLUCK YOUR EYEBROWS: First,get a white eyeliner: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod4141599 Now,use the eyeliner to make a stencil. First,place the tip of the eyeliner on the beginning of your eyebrow,now draw a short line. Now,angle the eyeliner pencil (using your nose as a guide) to the arch of your eyebrow or the highest point. Now mark there. And now place the tip of the eyeliner at the end of your eyebrow and mark it. Now trace your eyebrow out but don't put any eyeliner on the extra hair. Now pluck. If your eyeliner is chalky and doesn't glide on,rub it lightly with your fingers to help slightly melt it and it glides on :3 Apply a light amount of vaseline on your eyelid before applying eyeshadow for a DIY primer. To get rid of fall-out,use tape or just use a sticky note under your eye. To make your face appear more oval,grab the front section of your hair and tease it and pin it back and put your hair into a ponytail and then tease that. Tight-lining(meaning you use a Q-tip to gently pull up your eyelid and line right under the lashes) with black/brown eyeshadow lasts wayyy longer then pencil! To make your lipstick last all day long,apply it and then put a tissue over your lips and then get a makeup brush with face powder on it and brush it on the tissue. Use a spoon to curl your eyelashes for a cheaper version of a eyelash curler ^.^ For smooth feet,mix together a handful of grinded rice,1 teaspoon of apple cider vingar,and 1 teaspoon of vaseline. Toners are also a big thing over there too. Most commonly ones like astrigent. They also grind together clove, cinnamon, and ginger and rub it on there lips to plump them. Sometimes, they rub the mixture on their cheeks to make them look plump. Indian makeup: Usually, indian women and girls use no makeup because they focus on their skincare and hair mostly. Indian hair tips: They usually mix together olive oil, coconut oil, and almond oil and heat it up and leave it on their hair. Spanish skincare: I didn't have to hit the library for this one actually :) I'm almost full spanish. Spanish women also have lots of face masks but the most popular one is red grapes mashed with two teaspoons of flour. It helps keep dry skin soft. They also put straight olive oil on their hair. They actually don't have many unique skincare tips though, they mostly use regular products like us :D Spanish makeup: It's all about the lips. They have to look full. They usually use a lip color that's close to their natural lip shade. The eyes should be natural or smokey. Most women and girls though, wear very natural makeup actually just like french makeup just enhancing the lips more. African skincare: They most commonly use a tea called 'rooibos' on eczema and acne. To prevent wrinkles, they put oils on their face. They also use that on their hair to prevent break-age. They also use shea butter for any stretch marks. It's all about oils. To even out their skin, they mix a lemon with some water and put it on a fabric cloth. iluvmusic♥ Okay,first post of 3! BEAUTY FROM AROUND THE WORLD. Let's start! Swedish Skincare: Skin is everything over there! Swedish women and girls commonly use a mixture of one TBSP of honey and one egg white all the way down from the forehead to the collarbone and also on the elbows and knees. They also eat lots of fish, rose hips (OMG,I've had them and they are they disgusting !), and berries to keep there skin plump and pale. Swedish Makeup: It is considered improper to wear too much makeup in Sweden so there makeup mostly consists of blush (most of the time light pink or red), foundation, and powder. Having a matte face is important. They also only put there blush on the cheek bone and the side of the temple. French skincare: French women and girls prefer to fix their skin problems rather then cover them with makeup so it's needless to say that there are tons of face masks they use! The most popular one though is a snail slime face/hair mask (would you guys try that ^^?). Since there big on hydration, there ALWAYS drinking water! They also take cold showers so they can improve blood flood, thus making clearer skin and a natural blush to your skin. French makeup: French women and girls wear very little to no makeup. They always wear sunscreen though! Even when it's Winter. Also, they match there makeup according to there hair, perfume, and clothes. If there wearing a heavy perfume, they usually put on a highlighter to the inner corners lightly, add a little bit of blush (they skip this if there cheeks are naturally rosy), and pale rosy pink lipstick. If they have a crazy hair style,they wear the same thing expect they skin the inner corners and add brown eyeliner and brown mascara. Boring clothes? Then they wear a light dusting of powder, brown eyeliner, brown mascara, rosy lipstick, matte peach eyeshadow and fill in there brows. Japan skincare: Again, japanese women are big on skincare. They mostly use anti-aging products once they hit the age of 17. Collegen is a big thing over there! Some women mix collegen in there water and drink it. Keeping the skin moist and dewy looking is best. They also like skin lightening products and usually mix violet hips with skin whiter or soft tofu for younger girls. Having soft feet is also a must so they either rub fruits such as limes and lemons on there feet to peel off the top layer of dead skin or they go to the spa to have little fish called doctor fish. They put there feet in a small pond and have the fish nibble off deep skin (Again,would you try it :)?). Also, gold leaf facials are very popular for wealthier people. Japanese makeup: Japanese women and girls usually wear a medium amount of makeup. It's all about the eyes. Having larger, sometime anime-ish looking eyes so circle lens, false lashes, and eyeliner is a must have over there. Soft looking winged eyeliner, BB cream, concealer, blush, with a light pink or hot pink lip is mostly what older girls and women wear (about ages 17 and up). What most young girls wear is shimmery eyeshadow,commonly gold or white ,with black mascara and bottom lashes (false lashes for your bottom lashes), pink lipgloss or stick, concealer, highlighter, white eyeliner to make the eyes appear larger, a light pink or mauve blush, and filled in eyebrows. iluvmusic♥ Hales-First,yes,you can have a position :) Basically,you post when I'm on a trip or if I need someone to help me answer some advice. 2(For the bra thing,go to victoria secret pink. They have a size 30A in a padded bra under-wire bra. I know it's one size bigger,but you'll grow into it and just put it on the last hook :) The size only comes in a push-up though,just a warning. But if you don't want a push-up,don't sweat it. Your chest will grow. I know it's a bit up-setting to hear that in time you'll get at least a small chest,but this is one that you could also sit out. Studies show that if your chest is taking awhile to grow,that you're 78% more likely to have a huge growth spurt and get a bigger chest. Also,you don't stop growing till you're 22 so you have plently of time to grow :D Whichever one you pick,be confident in it! Good luck!
