Limes First thing I can say is get a good agent- most casting directors for the big movies and shows only go through agents other than that Good Luck and stay confident :) hope this helped!

chloe617 This summer I did an Acapella group and we performed in various places in New York City. I danced in five ballet perfomances, I was in the Wizard of Oz, A Funny Thing Happned on The Way to The Forum and Footloose. Overall, a pretty great summer!

rosesrocks103 Wear a wig or a hat if you can, if your HAVE to cut your hair, a pixie cut could always work well. Its short, but it can look really good.

volleyball514 I had to play a guy before and I didn't cut my hair, I just put it up in a bun and then had a hat over it. Also if your hair is above shoulder length you can slick it back (depending on the time period) And don't listen to mean girls you are amazing!

wisher45 If I were you, I wouldn't cut my hair. Just put your hair up in a wig cap and then put it in a hat for the show! or, you could even wear a boyish wig! As long as you can act and dress like a boy, you'll be fine!:)

jojodramallama You should'nt have to do much! If your really acting then you should actually be sad and actually be crying. You should be so in tune with your charachter, that you feel what she feels. But if your not, then just think about something really sad! :)

cgmfreckleface Start with doing theatre programs where you know that you'll get in, like that you're paying for in advance, so you can get to know what an audition feels like and all that. I did, and I feel MUCH more experienced now! Good luck!!
