kittycadet101 cgossling98: You could always play queen of the court with friends using your non dominant hand. Dribble around in an area trying to knock each others balls out. If you lose control, if it goes out of court or you double dribble, you are out.

*sTaRsTrUcK* Hey I am a post player and our new offense requires me to be at high post, but in our game EVERY SINGLE TIME I shot I got majorly blocked. My shot is flat and I have a low release, but do you guys have any tips so I don't get blocked?

daughtry60763 Topic for the week-Dribbling.*Dribble at waist heigth*Keep your head up, seeing the court will open up oppurtunities to score*Use your fingertips to dribble*Dribble to the side of your body. This minimizes the chance of getting the ball stolen ~Erin~

basketball7 My coach plays Knock out - not the shooting one. It's where everyone gets in the land and starts dribbling. You have to protect your ball while dribbling while trying to knock other people's basketbal away from them out of the lane. It's fun but hard

martialartgirl23 We play the knock-out with dribbling 2. I always won it but it was really hard 2. If you lose, it shows how your handling needs work.
