C~Bear Food Tip: Tired of the same ol' PB & J? Just Try Nuttlla! Nutella is hazelnuts, skim milk, and coco powder. You can pick it up at any grosery store. When you've got it spread it on whole wheat bread and pair it with almonds and baby carots. C~Bear

cfstar I do Ballet, Pointe, Jazz,and Modern. Do you guys do pointe i cant seem to get up on pointe. i think its because the back of my legs aren't streched enough please give some good streches
