Vjazzy08 @Dancing Queen: For your splits, the only thing that will help is to just stretch and practice daily! I just got my double pirrouette. the secret is to use your plie to get more momentum. Good luck, girl!

vicy998 Streatch everything- calves, inner and outer thigh, hamstring, ect. Hold your splits for 2 minutes straight each day, and while youre in them, dont bounce!

dance.live.love I'd recommend, the basic dance strech. Sit on the floor, spread your legs as far as they can go, then try to reach for your leg (keeping your knees up) & lean your body over your leg. You can also put your leg on a high counter & reach over that way.

dance.live.love My dance studio requires at least 4 years of ballet, and you have to have the dance instructors recommendation. Work hard, try your best and push to be your best, and maybe in 3 or 4 years you'll be on those shoes!

dance.live.love It's not to late! Try it! They won't put you with a lot younger dancers. There are others your age that are just starting. And they might put you with the younger dancers, but if you show them you can do better, they can move you up! Good luck :)

baconlvr711 goldengirl:some basic stretches r reaching up,holding it,then touching ur toes.also sit down with ur legs shoulder width apart and scoop from side to side.then go full stradle and lean to 1 side,then the other.good luck!If u want more let me know!

pink and purple girl Just do butterfly, just sit and touch ur toes, stand and touch ur toes, do kicking exercises!! To do a totouch u need to be strong so do noes and toes and tabletop and candle stick!! If u need me 2 explain just ask!!

Music4ever107 I use therobands and I start flexed and slowly point my foot and roll through the ball and toe. I Also write the alphabet with my feet but I still need to get totally over my box.
