nobody25 (cont) you are. Also, it's hard if you have a bad reputation from other teams. Whether it's you or your parents. I know my coach does a little research before the tryout. You do have to have skills too haha. Play your heart out and you'll be fine.

nobody25 Sorry I was a little late on the tryout question...but I'll answer it for everyone else too. Major things: Effort, Attitude, Equipment. If you give no effort and have a bad attitude, they'll cut you from the team in a heart beat no matter how good..

Tbarb14 For a travel you need to focus at Tryouts don't be goofing off with your friends or else your coach will think you don't take it seriously p.s. If you played little league it is nothing like a travel team but travel is way better

nobody25 Yeah I haven't been on in awhile. Our team is doing A HUNDRED times better than when we started. We have been to any semi-finals in tournaments yet but we're usually seated 2nd on the bracket after the first day.

nerdisthewurd26 I know how you feel about the high schoolers kick us of the field all the dang time. We haven't had any games. We were supposed to have practices but they got rained out and I am NOT happy about it!!!!

topchef88 Cool, my team isn't doing so well becuase we have stupid girls who don't show up because "they don't fell like it" and we have to forfeit...but last Saturday I GOT A HOMERUN(of course by error, but STILL) I WAS SOO HAPPY!

nerdisthewurd26 My team isn't doing well either. Nobody on our team actually tries at it, except for my friend and I. We always lose, becuz nobody tries. If a popfly is hit in the outfield they will just stand there and be like "look a softball."

nobody25 Haha see, the other day we were using a pitching machine and there was a net in front of it so the coach wouldnt get hit but i hit a hard line drive through the little opening and hit my coach really hard!!! it was awesome!!

nobody25 Topchef88, yeah, I get what you mean. I got a really bloody mouth from a grounder a girl threw and was jumpy for years but I'm better now. And this girl kept hitting me really hard with pitches, one on the side of my knee, and I'm still a bit funny.

topchef88 Haha! Thanks! Aww...that is mean. But funny! I played in 1st,2nd, and 3rd grade. Then I got a HUGE black eye and stopped playing and focused on bball. Now I have started again. But I have only played 3 years. But I still love it!
