emmemma I get bored running and/or I'll get side cramps after 15-20 minutes...any tips on how to not get cramps and not get bored on the tredmill when I'm at the gym? Or if there isn't anything, does the elliptical work on your abs like running does? Thanks

justanotherdreamer I don't know how to prevent cramp but I do know that if you firmly press where your cramp is then it will go away (my old track coach told me that). To not get bored on the treadmill, listen to music

LemonLime18 If anyone has ipods or kindle fires or something like that look up.daily ab workout. I have the full version (99¢) but there is a free version too. Try it! It works! (Also try the arms, legs, butt, ball (as in exercise ball), and yoga)

balletchic Here's a workout tip: Do cardio if you want to work your core. It also is good for your legs and spare tire area!! Also, Pilates is great for dancers and cheerleaders!

oreo9347 your core instead of one like the normal ones do.keep your head straight up looking at the ceiling.Yea it seems pointless and easy but after awhile it will hurt i have to do 20 or more a day combined with jumping jacks...but it works trust me adios:D

oreo9347 Its probably too late for this since summer has been over for awhile xD but my tip for your stomach is crunches but these ones are different:you only lift you head about 2 inches off the ground instead of going all the way up.it works all 4 parts of

spazzysarah when you are laying on your bed, maybe reading a book, or when your on you laptop, lay with you knees up and do sit ups, its really easy, you don't even have to totally sit up and go crazy, but I did it for a week and my upper abs are supper hard now

mearnold Ive always been the one who has never been able to wear a bikini. i want to try and lose weight this summer. i have no problem working out and i eat healthy but i always feel hungry and i overeat so much!! I try to eat less but it doesnt help!!

minnie122 Another tip of the every other day! Perky butt time! Squeeze your cheeks together for 15-30 second, stop for a second then do it again. Do this for 5 minutes straight! Maybe around twice a week? Not everyday though, too much!

minnie122 So lets warm-up with the tip of the day! Running and swimming are some of the most rewarding activities. It works everything from your legs, stomach, butt, EVERYTHING!!! Even a little helps. Watching t.v.? Jog in place!
