miniebstwin I was volunteering in the Alumni Crew at thebook fair my mom is chairing at my old elementary school, and my mom was helping recommend this book to my friend's 5th grade sister, it was called out of my mind and it sounded really good so I got it too, I expected it to be really pretty easy sice my mom recommended it to a 5th grader but I it wasn't! I finished it in a day though but that's cause I couldn't put itdown

Music Bunny Have any of you guys read the Bartimaeus Trilogy? I personally think it's better than the Harry Potter books (they both are set in Europe, both have to do with magic). Some of the lines are really funny, and the ending is unusual. I love it!!

olivia192000 @ mirror image Have you read books on epidemics? My favorite is The Big Empty, really short book though. I also like At the Sign of the Sugared Plum, it's about the Plague epidemic in London in 1664. They're both have fictional characters.:)

mirror image I read Code Orange once, a long time ago. It freaked me out. Also, I don't know if Partials could be considered an epidemic book, but that was a good one. Oh, and Fever 1793. Maggie P.

olivia192000 @dolphinlover#11 If you're in to Sci- Fiction, I recommend the Matched trilogy, and The Hunger Games. Ones that are simple and stays away from all the science stuff are Wendy Mass books. They're short, easy reads. My favorites of her are,

olivia192000 Kindles are convenient when you need a certain book right away and are light but you can't share books with friends. If you get one, I recommend the original kindle.:) My mom has the kindle fire and the battery doesn't last as long.

Music Bunny That's so cool! I live in the US - Colorado. I have read the two books of the Matched series already, and they were really good! The endings were a bit abrupt, but otherwise, they were great.

olivia192000 Okay, thanks. It's fine! I live in Europe for now. Since it seems you're into books set in the future I recommend the Matched trilogy. Very good! The 3rd comes out in November. But if you're not able to read much you may want to save it until later.
