honeycakes Haven't been on in forever, how is everyone? Still getting over the winter blues? Now that its almost spring, do a little "spring cleaning"! Clean out your room (and I mean REALLY clean out your room) get rid of all clutter including your closet and under your bed! Then go shopping and add some bright springy colours to your wardrobe. rockchik333 First of all, breathe! It is ok. You don't have to avoid him. If he says something, respond, but don't make it sound like you want to go into a long convo. For example Boy: Hi, did you see the Hunger Games movie? You: Yah, I liked it. Not -You: Yah, I LOVED it sooo much. My favorite scene was when she and Peta won, together. It was so romantic! What about you? You probably already know that…anyway you shouldn’t have to ignore him. If someone confronts you about him, tell them the truth that you don’t like him, but you think he likes you back. If you see him coming in the hallway, don’t make eye contact. Pretend that you don’t see him. Just keep walking and talking with your friends. If he asks you if you like him, tell him the truth that you are more of just friends, or whatever you say. Otherwise, just treat him like anyone else that you don’t know very well. Hope this helps.

Honeycakes a guy who's kind of weird likes me and I may have accidentally led him on by dancing with him twice at our school dance-oops! But i've never talked to him and I had to spend all day today avoiding him and having people asking questions about him and being worried about having to talk to him/see him. I don't like him back. rockchik333 Well, you should talk to your BFF and explain why you don't think that you should go with the boys, and listen to why she wants to go. If you do end up going with the younger boys, then try to make the best of it, and have fun with your friend to. Its not like you have to go out with them…Good luck!

rockchik333 ok-so first the mom problem-you will have a better relationship with your mother if you are honest with her, communicate with her, and listen to what she says. You should talk to her and ask her what is wrong with the mom, and why the 2 moms should affect yours and his relationship (pardon the grammar). If she feels really strongly about you not dating him-maybe you should consider-is this relationship more important than my mother’s and mine? If you decide yes-then on to the boy problem. Think of how you have talked to other boys before. If he doesn’t even know you-say hi and introduce yourself. If he knows your name, and doesn’t seem to mind talking to you, just start up a mini conversation-ask him is favorite football team-does he play any sports, siblings yada-yada-yada. Just start talking with him. If he doesn’t want to talk to you at all, then maybe he isn’t the guy for you. Eventually, see if you can get his number-and text him! Hope this helps-sorry for being soo long.

Also try to find out why your friend thinks he's a creep and find out what other people think. honeycakes Lately my face has been breaking out a lot&I want to share what Ive been doing to get rid of acne.Ive been washing my face almost everyday(sometimes skipping a day)with Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. After I moisturize using Burt's Bees Daily Moisturizing Cream.I use Tea Tree Oil(drugstore) on the end of a Q-Tip on individual pimples. Using a mud mask once a week is really helpful I used one from MaryKay&my face literally looks better overnight! It is amazing! Sometime soon my mom is going to try to get a MaryKay Beauty Consultant to come&show me some products that will work for my skin type so I'm kinda excited for that! Hope this helps anyone else who is in the same situation!

Seal17 @Dani143 ive been good! And sunburn is tough! I got one and there are creams to help it, and just to warn you, it really hurts when you go in the shower and use hot water. Also, always keep your sunburn moisterized, so that when it peels off, your skin wont rip and leave a scar. The best thing to do though is to wait till it naturally heals, and not to do anything bad to it :) hope yours feels better!

Seal17 Tip: at camp, if you want to make some new friends, you can ask someone who seems nice to be a partner in a 2 person activity, or invite her to be your swimming buddy, or get close to her, then introduce her to some of your other friends. Also, if you guys play "get to know you" or "icebreaker" games and she says a fact about her family, pets, school, talents ect, you can go up to her and ask her about it later. Hope this helps!

Seal17 @Dani143 about talking to guys: if u get nervous then make them talk most of the time, and u can listen. Also if he asks questions back, that means he's interested! And u should use your best qualities, like for example: if your funny, then say some things to make him laugh, or if your smart, then impress him with something u know, or if your into sports, then talk to him about your games or sports on tv. Seal17 @honeycakes im really sorry about this! Just to let u kno tho, during the end of the year, a lot of my friends start to act like this. This might just b in my school but everyones just is a little off with everyone else because of all the stress. So first of all, if one of your friends asked if you were mad, she might have been noticing that u have been left out a lot recently, and she wanted to talk. But u should tell her that mad isnt how u feel. If u get closer to your friends (or one of them that u are already pretty close with) during activities that dont limit how many ppl in a group, then they will naturally include you more. I know how u feel and this can be really tough to deal with. There could be many reasons why your friends are doing this, so if you talk to them they can tell u straight forward! I hope this helps and i hope u do what u know is right :D

rockchik333 @honeycakes, I know exactly what you mean. Almost exactly the same thing happened to me. I felt horrible, and I thought that my friends were leaving me. The fact that someone asked you if you were mad at them shows that they care about you and still want to be your friend. If the chance comes up, talk to your closest friend and ask if anything is going on. It doesn’t sound like they are purposely excluding you, but they don’t seem to be doing a particularly good job of including you. During gym, grab one of them as your partner before someone else does. And try not to convey the message that you are mad at them. Did that help? Need more specific advice?

honeycakes It feels like my friends are leaving me out of things or something, like they just walk to the bus stop without waiting for me and in gym class they partner up and I'm always the one who doesn't have a partner or like in english class when we need groups of four I'm always the one who has to go find another group. Its sometimes depressing for me and I feel like crying...so I started hanging more with three of my other friends but their not in most of my classes and I want to still hang out with my friends that sometimes leave me out but I don't want to be left out. Seal17 Awkward situation: when your @ the beach your bikini top or bottom comes off. Solution: first try to cover yourself up with your hands, because you dont want ppl to think it wasn't an accident because thats a bad impression to make. Then, if your in the water when this happens then swim over to your top/bottom and go under water to put it back on. If you cant find it, then you need to discretely call a friend to help or maybe bring u a towel for the mean time. But if your on the sand and it happens then quickly find your top/bottom hoping no ones sees!! It may be awkward after if any one saw, but this happens to a lot of ppl & remember that the way to avoid this in the 1st place is to make sure your bathing suit is secure!!! Has this ever happened to one of u guys?? How did u manage??

Seal17 Tip: many of your clothing items can be worn twice. Jeans can be worn twice and shirts before washing again. It all depends on how long you wore the clothes and how sweaty you were when you were wearing them. Its important not to over wash clothes because the color can become faded and the material can become weak. However if you don't wash them enough, and put them back in your drawer/closet, the smell might spread to the cleaner clothes, and make them all smell a little funny... Just something to keep in mind girls!

Seal17 rockchick333- conditioner usually makes your hair very hydrated, so putting to much makes it greasy. Only use a little conditioner on your ends, or none at all. Also check you products, and see of they say they are especially for dry hair or regular hair etc. I have the same problem, and i use a deep clensing shampoo and just use conditioner on my dry ends.

You should change your pillow case every two weeks or more. Also be sure to clean your phone, because the screen touches you face when you talk on the phone. Another thing is to be careful now with the warm weather coming up, that if you are out side or exercising and you sweat, wash you face with clean water, because dirt or bacteria caught in your pores causes pimples. Not only does doing this help get rid of acne but it also prevents it!

Seal17 Dani143- thats awesome!! It is very different for each school, so the policy might not be the same, but we were given a script to look over (just a few lines) and then we preformed. Theres nothing to worry about because usually they are very nice, and encouraging. If you like acting then just embrace the script. Think about who you are playing and what significance they show in the script. Live the character and be confident, and you won't look silly. If your nervous, just think about how awesome it will be in the club, and how you are willing to work for it :) drama club is really fun so i hope you get in and tell me how it goes! Seal17 Honyecakes- your skit sounds really cool!! To expand on it here are some different things... Comedy: the kids realize that they hear exactly what had been described in the story, so they think its the monster, but it turns out to be a kid who was sleep walking or some animal. Horror: the kids think its the monster but realize that they are probably just being crazy, so they go back to sleep, but in their sleep the monster (or scary thing) comes and they arent seen the next day. Mystery: the kids stay up huddled together, very scared, and they cant sleep. The monster (or scary thing) comes and only takes some of the kids, and tells the others that if they say anything he will kill them. In the process of trying to save their friends they discover a old legend of the camp (or the monster) Hope this helped, and sorry its so long!! Tell me how it turns out!!

Seal17 Honeycakes- i was wondering if its ok if i (or anybody who wants to do it) could do an "awkward situation" post. For example it might look like this: Awkward situation: your two bestest friends hate each other but both are good friends with you. Then they ask you to choose one of then to be friends with, and to ditch the other. Solution: talk to them, and be reasonable. Ask them: is this really the way you want our friendship to go? Because real friend wouldn't make you choose. Maybe even point out some ways that they are the same and how you can all be friends. So that was an example. Seal17 Hey guys, my upper body is very good, and my legs are pretty skinny, the only thing is i want to know how ti make my legs longer. Any workouts, foods to eat, or just some tips would be great... Thanks and this club rawwwks!!!

rockchik333 Every day, sit down, stretch out your legs in front of you, and try to touch them. Hold that stretching postition for 30 seconds. When you are holding it, you dont have to stretch as far as you can, just do it until it pulls a little.

SassyPoet23 Just stretch everyday...and each day try to get closer to touching ur toes while breathing in and out slowly...but u have to go farther everyday
