Esparkle hey chickas even if you don't like working out you can get a great workout just by dancing around to some tunes you love and even doing simple crunches during commercials on tv or lunges while you study or read or walk somewhere

Esparkle DAILY HEALTH TIP: if you and a group of friends are ever board and dont know what to do play some childhood games like tag, jump rope, hope schotch they are super fun and help you get daily exersise easily :)
