juicyglitt27 Yes that's very true peacegirl! I'm so glad you got a dog from the shelter. When I went to vet camp during the summer, we went to a humane society and it was so sad how the animals only got a tiny plave to spend most of their time!

Queenzeth I shadowed a vet for a day last week! IT WAS AMAZING!! i saw a spleen removal. spays, neuters, and even a cat scan for tumor. IT WAS AMAZING!!

maggiekloss I have a golden retriever. She is a light colored 1 and just turned 2 in november! I'd sugest getting 1 their a great family dog, but if ur family hates dog hair then a golden retriever isn't for u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

peacegirl1723 I have a dog. We got him from the shelter the day before they were gonna put him down. He was abused and i guess no one wanted him.Anyway lift up the skin between his collar bones.If it doesnt spring back within 5 or so seconds, ur dog is dehydrated!

nobody25 In the U.S. the rabies vaccination is the ONLY vaccine required of dogs and cats. This is primarily to protect the humans from being infected by their pets. There are different options when getting your pet vaccinated. The 1 year, 3 year, and 7 year.
