avrabob Running on the school track whenever we get a chance on the weekends or after school. Biking at home down the rode listening to some awesome tunes and then a brisk walk down the other road listening to more music :)!

Lisseniere Hey, well I don't really know if this will help in 2 weeks but this is something im trying : cutting out ALL sugar but fruit ( your body stops using the glucose and uses the fat, or so I heard...)hope it helps :)
